What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?

The biggest win for me was finding a one stop shop for all the specific features I needed without having to hire a developer. It really simplified the process of adding shipping and payment options to my store in just a few minutes.

Is there something that almost made you stop using it?

I almost gave up when I realized some of the plugins had so many settings that it felt a bit overwhelming to configure everything. It took me a while to realize that I didn't need to touch every single to get the basic functionality working for my site.

How could the product save you more time or money?

I think offering more bundled deals for smaller businesses would help me save money since buying individual plugins can get expensive quite fast. If the user interface was a bit more consistent across all their different tools, I wouldn't have to spend so much time to study and learn where everything is.

I would recommend it because their plugins are very stable and they offer excellent technical support whenever you run into a configuration snag.

What slows you down when using it?

Some plugins requires technical set ups. Also, advanced features often limited to higher payment plans for the software.

Is there a workflow that could be simpler?

Everything works well. Very convenient, efficient, and accessible. Makes the workflow more smoother and less hassle. Totally a lifesaver tool.

What feature do you use most often?

ELEXtensions dynamic pricing plugin is a lifesaver. It lets me set up wholesale prices fast without writing any code. The bulk edit tool is also great for big stores.

What do you dislike about this product?

I have some thoughts on ELEXtensions. The dynamic pricing is okay, but it needs a lot of work for big stores. I usually have to use other plugins too and the first setup is not easy and you have to read many papers.

What could make it even better?

Needs a better way to move things around, drag-and-drop tool for prices would be revolutionary. They should also add simple templates for wholesale stuff; therefore, it would save me so much time, and I wouldn't have to read the help pages all day.

It is great value for the price. The support is spectacular, especially for dynamic pricing, and setup is a bit hard. It saved me a lot of time on development deliverables.
