How to Cancel FastTrack

To cancel an order for a FastTrack product, follow these steps:

Before Shipment

  • You can only cancel your order before it is shipped to the provided destination. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Cancellation Process

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the shipment is processed.
  • You can call the customer care number at 1800-266-0123 or email them at [email protected] to request the cancellation.
  • Ensure you provide your order details to facilitate the cancellation process.

Refund Process

  • Once the cancellation request is received and processed, FastTrack will initiate the refund.
  • The refund amount will be credited back to your account via the same payment mode used for the transaction. If the debit/credit card used is no longer in use, the refund will be made through a cheque.
  • You will receive the refund amount directly in your account or through a cheque, depending on the circumstances.

Additional Information

  • If the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction failed, FastTrack will refund the amount to your account at the earliest.
  • In case of any issues or additional information required, FastTrack will notify you accordingly.
