How has it made your work/life easier?
it made my work easier by allowing to share documents confidentially and securely. it improve follow ups and saves time compared to other file sharing platforms.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
I didn't experienced any bugs, but the dashboard is sometimes slow. overall, the platforms was reliable and stable for daily uses.
What could make it even better?
could be better if it improve the dashboard which makes easier for the users to read analytics for quick insights. also faster navigation and beginner friendly would be more helpful and efficient.

I deeply could recommend this to my co workers since it make the work much easier. also its very complex since you can see whoever viewed you documents.

What feature do you use most often?
The mobile receipt scanning is what I use the most because the OCR is actually really accurate at picking up the dates and totals. I also find the mileage tracking super helpful for automatically logging my trips without having to write everything down manually.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
It’s a bit annoying that you can’t easily add multiple receipts to a single expense claim, which makes things cluttered if you have several small related costs. Also, the web version feels a bit outdated and clunky compared to how smooth the mobile app works.
What new feature would you love to see added?
I’d love to see a more advanced "split expense" feature that lets me easily divide a single receipt into different categories or projects. A built-in troubleshooter that explains exactly why a data sync failed with my accounting software would also save me a lot of time.

I’d definitely recommend it because it totally gets rid of the stress of losing paper receipts and makes the whole reimbursement process much faster. It's not perfect, but it's a solid choice for anyone who wants to spend less time on admin and more time on their actual work.

What feature do you use most often?
The automatic receipt scanning tool is the part that I use the most often during the work week. This tool makes tracking all of my business travel mileage a nice experience for the whole team
What do you dislike about this product?
The web version of the application needs a nice facelift to look more modern and clean. I find the lack of advanced receipt splitting options to be a bit annoying for my accounting needs
What new feature would you love to see added?
Adding a special feature to split receipts into multiple different business accounts is needed. I would love to see more automated email notification settings added for our department managers to use

This expense tool is a nice choice for every growing business that wants to save time. Your busy accounting team will love having fewer manual tasks to complete during their hectic weeks
