What do you like best about this product?
My "Sunday Scaries" are basically gone because I don't walk into a mountain of disconnected emails on Monday morning. Everything is organized by customer, so I can prioritize the big accounts without feeling overwhelmed.
What do you dislike about this product?
The learning curve for the "Agent Desktop" can be a bit steep if you're used to old-school ticketing layouts. It takes a minute to get your bearings because it’s doing something fundamentally different than what we're used to.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
I’d probably simplify the initial onboarding dashboard to make it a little less intimidating for new users. It’s powerful, but sometimes a "lite mode" for the first week would help people settle in.

If you’re in B2B SaaS, I’d tell you it’s a total no-brainer and you're making life harder by not using it. For a simple B2C shop, it might be overkill, but for my world, it’s a solid 10/10.

How has it made your work/life easier?
It has completely cleared up the chaos of using Slack for support because it keeps all my customer conversations in one organized widget. I don't have to worry about dropped messages anymore since it visually marks what's unresolved, which makes my team much more efficient.
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
The notification system can be a bit hit-or-miss sometimes, so I occasionally miss a new message unless I have the dashboard open. I also found that selecting specific blocks of messages to file a bug can be a little clunky and takes a few tries to get right.
What’s still missing for your needs?
I’d really love to see more built-in AI tools that can help summarize long conversations or suggest quick replies based on our old tickets. A more robust mobile app would also be great so I can help out customers when I’m away from my computer without any hassle.

I’d recommend it to any B2B startup that is tired of the mess that comes with shared Slack channels or basic chat widgets. It’s built specifically for business teams and really helps keep the relationship professional and organized.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
The unified embeddable widget saves my business plenty of money by offering unlimited free end-users. My customer support staff loves using the same messaging interface code as our clients without managing complicated extra infrastructure
What feels confusing or hard to use?
Learning the advanced user authentication integration took extra technical time to understand. I also experienced some confusing navigation problems while browsing the agent-facing messaging menus initially
How could the product save you more time or money?
Adding better video tutorials would help our new support agents learn the platform faster. I want a cheaper subscription tier for smaller software companies scaling with many active agent seats
