What do you like best about this product?
Google Analytics is a great tool when needing to monitor and track website traffic. It makes it easier to understand user behavior and see exactly where your visitors are coming from without much effort.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
It can be quite overwhelming to navigate through the dashboard at first, especially with the newer version. Setting up custom event tracking can feel a bit complex and has a steep learning curve, especially for beginners.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
If I could change one thing, it would be to make the interface more simple and intuitive when setting up custom events. It can be quite overwhelming for beginners, so a more straightforward setup process would save a lot of time.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
The biggest benefit is having clear visibility into website traffic and user behavior. It’s very useful for understanding where visitors come from and how they interact with the site.
What do you dislike about this product?
It can be overwhelming to use, especially for beginners. The interface has a lot of data and reports, which can make it hard to quickly find the most important insights.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
I would simplify the dashboard and make key metrics easier to access at a glance. A more beginner-friendly layout with guided insights would make it much more usable.

It made my work easier by being able to research all the data I need like keywords for my business. Also, I can see all the traffic to my website.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
Google analytics has a lot of deep data. However, my website host, Siteground with Wordpress has a lot of analytical tools I can use as well with some better interface.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
Yes, I think the interface could be made more simple. I think there should be a way to access this tool easier as well.
