What was your first impression when you started using it?

Along the line of "finally, something that doesn't feel like a half-assed Google Form with extra steps." The dashboard loaded clean and fast, and setting up those encrypted whistleblower forms took me like 10 minutes tops.

What do you dislike about this product?

That they still hide the actual pricing after the 30-day trial—like, just show the damn tiers already so I don't waste time. Also feels pretty basic with zero mentions of API integrations or Slack/Teams hooks, which makes it a pain when you're trying to fit it into a real workflow.

What’s still missing for your needs?

Need solid API access or some kind of Slack/Teams integration. It's annoying that reports don't flow directly into our ticketing systems without manual copy-paste BS. Also, there is no reliable analytics dashboard for emerging issues or automated reminders. This leaves me doing extra legwork every time.
