The Automation and Workflow that streamline operations and reduce manual work. Dashboards for performance insights.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?

What could make it even better?

What feature do you use most often?
The AI-enhanced analytics in Halo is the feature I use most often pulling together dashboards that actually help spot bottlenecks without endless custom queries. It saves me hours when scoping automation tweaks across projects and service desks.
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
I've hit some annoying little UI bugs in Halo like weird scroll behavior on long tickets and random whitespace that make navigation feel clunky. Support's usually quick to acknowledge stuff, but those random workflow breaks after updates can eat a couple hours still beats rebuilding everything from scratch though.
What’s still missing for your needs?
The mobile app is still pretty half-baked no easy timer start/stop or solid time entry for field techs, which forces me to juggle the desktop view way too much on the go. That plus some clunky billing sync headaches keep it from being a total set-it-and-forget-it win for me.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
It's a beast for customizable workflows and AI analytics that actually deliver without extra add-ons, way better than the clunky alternatives I've wired up. That said, I'd only push it if they're cool sinking time into setup or hiring pros, 'cause the half-baked mobile stuff still bites on the road.

What exceeded your expectations?
A fresh look meets plenty of tools inside. Right from the start, it runs smooth, built for what you need today.
What do you dislike about this product?
Getting around might seem slow because there are so many choices. Pages sometimes pause before showing up.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
Starting fresh could clear up how things look. When speed gets better, getting work done feels smoother.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
One solid pick if your team wants everything in a single platform. Brings plenty to the table without extra clutter.
