How to Cancel Integrate
To cancel an integration on the Integrate platform, follow these steps:
Canceling or Freezing Integrations
Accessing the Integration Management Page
- Go to your Integrate dashboard and navigate to the drop-down menu located at the top right corner.
Selecting the Integration
- From the drop-down menu, select Cancel Integrations. This will direct you to a page where you can manage your integrations.
Choosing the Action
- On the Cancel Integrations page, select the integration you wish to cancel or freeze.
Canceling an Integration
- To cancel an integration, click the red "Cancel 1 Integration" button next to the selected integration.
- You will be prompted to provide feedback on why you are canceling the integration. This step is optional but helps in improving the service.
- Confirm the cancellation to complete the process. Note that canceling an integration will permanently delete all associated settings and will not be renewed at the end of the period. However, you will continue to have access to the information and active syncs until the end of your prepaid period.
Freezing an Integration
- To freeze an integration, click the orange "Freeze 1 Integration" button next to the selected integration.
- Freezing an integration will disable the syncing of the supplier’s feed to your sales channel on your next renewal date but will keep any pricing, category mapping, and other catalog rules you have created. There is a $9/month charge for each frozen integration.
Reactivating an Integration
- If you want to reinstate a canceled or frozen integration before the billing cycle ends, go back to the Cancel Integrations page and click the refresh icon next to the integration you wish to reactivate.
- If you are reinstating after the final billing date, you will need to review and pay any prorated charges to unfreeze or reinstate the integration.
Post-Cancellation
- Canceling or freezing an integration does not remove product listings from your store. You are responsible for deleting or removing existing products from your sales channels.
- Your free account is not affected by canceling or freezing integrations, and you can still log into your account to add new integrations or unfreeze existing ones in the future.
