The way it handles leave management and activity tracking in one spot is a total game changer for staying organized. I honestly didn't expect the overtime calculation to be so precise and easy to set up for our specific team rules.

The interface feels a bit cold and "techy," so it could definitely use a friendlier, more modern look to make it feel more welcoming. Plus, it’s a lot to take in at once—it definitely takes some time to figure out how everything works when you're first getting started.

Is there a workflow that could be simpler?

It finally got us out of those nightmare Excel spreadsheets we were using to track everyone's hours and vacation days. Now, I can see exactly where the team’s time is going and manage payroll variables easier.
