    What feature do you use most often?
    I spend most of my time using the automated review request emails because they go out exactly when the customer receives their order. I also really like the photo and video submission tool because it lets my customers upload their own content directly from their phones.
    Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
    The first process of importing my old reviews from my previous app felt a bit technical and took me a few tries to get right. I also found the pricing tiers a little confusing at first when I was trying to figure out which features were included in the basic plan.
    How could the product save you more time or money?
    It would save me even more time if the app could automatically reply to basic customer reviews using a set of templates I’ve already written. Having more built-in tools for social media sharing would also mean i dont have to spend money on extra apps to post my reviews on Instagram.

    The review forms are incredibly fast and easy for customers to fill out, which has significantly increased the number of reviews I get.

    It may feel limited if you need very advanced customization or deep marketing automation features. Some larger brands might want more control over design and workflows.
    How could the product save you more time or money?
    It saves time by automating review requests and reducing manual follow-ups. It also helps increase sales through social proof, which can improve conversions without extra advertising costs.

    I would recommend it because it helps build trust and increase sales through real customer reviews. It’s a strong tool for eCommerce brands that want to grow using social proof.

    What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
    It helps my business by sending out automated questions to customers for reviews. It then showed it on my website. this help boost sales and most especially credibility.
    What do you dislike about this product?
    It only works on Shopify or Shopify plus. So if you're using other platforms, this one just ain't for you.
    What’s still missing for your needs?
    Make it more flexible on any third party tools. This way it can be used efficiently and can help other users.
