What do you like best about this product?
I like how everything is centralized in one dashboard, especially for managing multiple meetings at once. It makes scheduling and coordination way easier compared to doing it manually.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
At first, the setup felt a bit overwhelming and not very intuitive. I had to spend some time learning how everything works before it started feeling easy.
What could make it even better?
A more beginner-friendly onboarding flow would really help new users get started faster. Also, a cleaner and more modern interface would make the experience smoother overall.

I’d recommend it to teams that handle conferences or multiple event schedules regularly. It’s not something I’d call “lightweight,” but it’s very effective for serious event coordination.

Some features can feel complex at the start, especially when managing multiple events and schedules, so it takes time to get used to the system.

Yes, the event setup and scheduling workflow could be simpler. A more guided, step-by-step process for creating events and managing schedules would make it easier for new users to use the platform.

I would recommend it because it helps improve coordination and reduces manual work by centralizing event management, scheduling, and communication in one platform. I would rate it around 9 out of 10 since it saves time, reduces scheduling errors, and improves overall efficiency, although it can take some time to fully set up and learn at first.

What do you like best about this product?
Knowhere made knowledge management feel way less like a chore and way more like something that just happens in the background while you work. that shift in how it feels to use it day to day is probably what i like most about it
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Knowhere felt a little slow to respond once or twice during heavy use but i was running it alongside a bunch of other memory intensive apps at the same time. closed some of those out and it went back to feeling snappy with no issues after
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
a bit more flexibility in how the home view is laid out in Knowhere wouldve matched my personal workflow better but the default setup is still solid enough that its not really slowing me down. more of a preference thing than an actual problem
