To cancel your subscription or contract for a Macaw product, follow these steps based on the available information:

Canceling a Subscription

• Log in to your account on the Macaw website.
• Navigate to the "Billing" tab.
• Select "Cancel Subscription" under this tab.
• Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

Canceling a Contract (For Users in the UK or EU)

If you are a customer living in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving notice.

• To exercise this right, inform Macaw of your decision to cancel within the 14-day cancellation period.

• You may use a copy of the Cancellation Form provided at the end of the Terms and Conditions, but it is not required.
