How to Cancel Method CRM
To cancel your Method CRM account, follow these steps:
Accessing Account Settings
- Click your Profile icon in the upper-right corner of the Method interface.
- Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
Navigating to Subscription
- Click on Subscription in the Account Settings menu.
Initiating Cancellation
- At the bottom of the screen, find and click Cancel Account. Note that the screen will go blank and this process may take a few moments to complete.
Providing Feedback and Confirmation
- You will be prompted to provide feedback detailing why you are cancelling your account.
- You must also click I understand my data will be deleted to continue.
- When you are sure, click Cancel Account to finalize the cancellation.
Additional Steps for QuickBooks Desktop Users
- If you are using QuickBooks Desktop, you will need to uninstall the Method Integration Sync Engine from the computers it was installed on after cancelling your Method account.
Important Considerations
- Only users with Admin permissions can cancel the Method account.
- Once your Method account is completely cancelled, you will no longer be able to sign into Method or your portal. To use Method again, you must either sign up again or contact your Customer Success Coach for support.
- All CRM data and customizations associated with the cancelled account will be erased. However, if it is within 30 days, you can recover your data. Data in your QuickBooks file is not affected.
- Monthly subscriptions for Method are non-refundable, including changes to user or team member licenses. For Prepay subscriptions, review the Payment, Refunds, and Modifications (Upgrading and Downgrading) Terms.
