What was your first impression when you started using it?

I was not expecting by how much data it pulled in right away and it didn’t feel like a basic tracker. The interface was clean, and I could see my actual profit immediately.

What’s been frustrating in your experience?

Setting up custom reports is a bit difficult. Some of the filters didn't behave exactly how I expected at first, and I had to go back and forth a few times to make sure the math matched my own spreadsheets.

What’s still missing for your needs?

It would be nice to have more predictive stuff to help me plan my inventory for next month would be a huge help.

It gives you a sight of your business health in a few clicks. It’s also worth it just for the time you save on manual data entry every week.

What do you like best about this product?

I like how it helps me customize reports and dashboards, gives advanced analytics on sales, financial, tax, and other inventory reports. It also automates scheduled reports through emails, export to Excel, PDF, or Google sheets too. It really does its job and works smoothly too. It does a lot for a software.

What do you dislike about this product?

None. The product does a lot for just one software. Works perfectly fine and very convenient to use. Very reliable as well.

If you could change one thing, what would it be?

I am quite contented with the software's features and tools. It really fits on what my team really needed for a software.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?

I think Mipler is a lifesaver if you find Shopify’s default reports too basic. This helps me quickly understand data trends.

What’s been frustrating in your experience?

I found that some of the advanced features have a learning curve, especially when building complex custom reports.

What new feature would you love to see added?

I think more tutorials for the power features would be great. It’d help me get up to speed much faster without all the guesswork.
