What exceeded your expectations?
I truly didn't expect the SaaS provisioning to be this fast; it feels like magic when a new hire gets all their app access at once. The way it links HR data directly to IT permissions is much smoother than the clunky, manual setups I’ve dealt with in the past.
What slows you down when using it?
The initial learning curve was a bit steep, and I did get a little frustrated trying to map all our existing SaaS permissions into the system at once. However, once I got over that first hump and saw the automation in action, I knew there was no going back.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
I’d simplify the initial setup wizard to make the transition from spreadsheets into the platform feel a bit less overwhelming. A more guided "walkthrough" for first-time admins would go a long way in making those first few hours feel productive rather than puzzling.

How has it made your work/life easier?
It has been a huge help for getting our HR and IT permissions organized in one place instead of jumping between different apps. It makes onboarding new team members much faster since I can set up their access to all at once.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
Sometimes the integration with certain search engines or less popular web browsers doesn't work perfectly and feels a bit glitchy. I’ve also noticed that syncing data with some of our older tools can take longer than expected or require a quick refresh to show up.
How could the product save you more time or money?
I’d love to see a more transparent pricing plan for very small teams so we don't have to jump into a big monthly cost right away. If they could automate even more of the SOC2 compliance tasks, it would save us a lot of money on hiring outside consultants to check our records.

I’d recommend it because it’s a solid all-in-one tool for keeping a small business organized and professional. It’s not a perfect system yet, but it definitely beats the headache of manually managing software licenses and employee files.

What was your first impression when you started using it?
I liked how easily we could connect our existing applications like Google Workspace and Slack. My remote team loves tracking their vacations and managing their SaaS tool permissions efficiently from one organized place
What feels confusing or hard to use?
Setting up the advanced compliance workflows for SOC2 took some extra technical planning time. I also experienced some confusing navigation problems while configuring the automatic user provisioning policies initially
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Adding better video tutorials would help our new IT administrators understand things faster. I want a simpler onboarding dashboard for our human resources team to manage employee benefits seamlessly
