What exceeded your expectations?

The time tracking and reporting features are more detailed than I expected. It actually makes managing work hours and payroll prep much smoother.

What feature doesn’t work as expected?

Nothing feels completely broken, but some parts require a bit of training to fully understand. It’s not always super intuitive right away.

If you could change one thing, what would it be?

I’d make the onboarding and setup process more beginner-friendly. That would make it easier for teams to get value faster.

How has it made your work/life easier?

It made my work easier by centralizing HR tasks like employee records, time tracking, and shift planning in one system. It helps keep everything updated and organized in real time.

Is there something that almost made you stop using it?

Yes, at first the system felt a bit overwhelming because of the number of HR features and modules. The learning curve almost made me stop using it, but once I got familiar with it, it became very useful and efficient.

If you could change one thing, what would it be?

If I could change one thing, I would simplify the interface and make the navigation more intuitive, especially for first-time users, so it’s easier to learn and use right away.

I would recommend it because it helps streamline HR processes like time tracking, shift planning, and employee management in one platform. I would rate it around 9 out of 10 since it is very efficient and reliable, though it can be a bit complex at first.

What was your first impression when you started using it?

Nepton felt clean and easy to navigate right away i got into it fast without needing to figure much out

What’s been frustrating in your experience?

sometimes Nepton takes a bit to load but it usually works fine probably just my connection slowing things down

What could make it even better?

maybe Nepton could add more shortcuts for common tasks but it already handles most things i need
