What feature do you use most often?
The dynamic pricing with that AI repricer is hands-down what I hit every single day – it just crushes the Buy Box without me babysitting it. Saves me hours compared to manual tweaks and actually boosted my margins noticeably.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Setting up my seller account and fixing the AI repricer rules took forever. It felt like debugging a really bad API. Also, when Amazon changes their algorithm, the pricing lags. This can cost you sales until you fix it yourself.
What new feature would you love to see added?
Built-in inventory forecasting that pulls from my supplier ERP and auto-suggests reorder quantities with real profit projections – right now the repricer is solid but I still manually track stock levels like it's 2015. That plus tighter integration for multi-marketplace alerts would save me from those "oopsie " moments when stock dips during a pricing war.

It's solid for crushing the Buy Box once set up, but that clunky onboarding feels like wrestling with legacy code. If they're cool with tweaking rules and don't mind the occasional lag during Amazon algo shifts, it's worth the trial for sure.

I was impressed by the tool's professionalism compared to typical US software. It boosted my confidence in entering markets like Kaufland.de and Amazon Poland without needing to master every local language.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
The initial setup and ERP integration required more manual work than I expected, which felt slow because I was eager to start selling. Also, keeping up with the large amount of data the AI generates can be overwhelming until you get used to the interface.
How could the product save you more time or money?
I’d love deeper AI-driven localized marketing copy to avoid hiring external translators. Also, a "one-click" tax compliance assistant for each European country would greatly reduce my overhead costs.
