What I like best about this product is how simple it makes collecting and tracking customer feedback through NPS surveys. It gives real-time insights that help me understand customer satisfaction quickly.

What feels confusing is some of the advanced analytics and customization options, since they take time to fully understand. It can also take a bit of exploration to get used to the reporting features.
What could make it even better?
It could be better with more advanced customization options for surveys and clearer, more guided analytics features to help users understand insights faster.

I would recommend it because it makes it very easy to collect and understand customer feedback through simple NPS surveys and real-time insights. I would rate it around 9 out of 10 since it is efficient, user-friendly, and helpful for improving customer experience, though it could still benefit from more advanced customization and deeper analytics.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
NPS Today basically turned a process that used to take me forever into something i can check and act on super quickly. the time it saves adds up more than you'd think over a week
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
had one instance where a report didnt load right away on NPS Today but i had a bunch of tabs open and my browser was basically crying at that point. refreshed it and everything came back fine no issues after
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
setting up my first automated follow up in NPS Today took more steps than i expected but i skipped the setup guide like a dummy and did it the hard way. the guide actually walks you through it pretty smoothly
