What was your first impression when you started using it?
"Holy Cow, this actually works out of the box"—imported their knowledge base in like 5 minutes, and the ChatGPT-level bot started nailing customer queries without me babysitting it. Felt way less janky than most support automation crap I've tried.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
The bot occasionally hallucinating answers when the knowledge base had conflicting entries or glitching on super niche multilingual queries. Nothing major though, their team patched the ones I reported pretty quick and it hasn't tanked any projects yet.
