    How has it made your work/life easier?
    I’ve stopped being the "human manual" for my team because people can just ping the bot instead of DMing me. It saves me at least an hour a day that I used to spend repeating the same onboarding steps.
    Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
    Early on, the notifications were a bit "chatty" and felt like another source of noise in my inbox. Once I figured out how to tweak the alert settings, though, it became a helpful assistant rather than a distraction.
    If you could change one thing, what would it be?
    I’d simplify the initial setup for new users because the permissions and tagging can get a little confusing at first. Making the onboarding flow a bit punchier would help get the whole team on board faster.

    If your team lives in Slack, I’d tell you to get this yesterday because it’s a total game-changer for internal support. For teams that don't use chat apps heavily, it might be overkill, but for us, it's a solid 10/10.

Providing deeper analytics for managers to identify frequent knowledge gaps or trending questions would also make the platform more comprehensive.
