What was your first impression when you started using it?
It felt like a very smart way to handle customer feedback. I liked that its not just a boring survey and it actually lets me respond to people in real-time also the he dashboard is clean and it was easy to see exactly which customers were happy or not.
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
The automated win-back messages can sometimes feel a bit robotic or too AI. A few customers mentioned they knew it was an auto-reply so I had to spend extra time going back in to rewrite them so they sounded more like a real person talking.
What new feature would you love to see added?
It would be nice to have more direct integrations with social media review sites. Like being able to push a happy customers feedback directly to Google or Yelp with one click would save me a lot of steps and help our public rating visible to the other potential customer.

Its a good choice for any business owner who wants to stop bad reviews before they go public. It gives you a second chance to fix things with a customer privately.

What feature doesn’t work as expected?
Sometimes the rewards and recognition tracking can feel a bit basic compared to more advanced HR platforms. It may also lack deeper customization for larger organizations.
What could make it even better?
Adding more advanced analytics and reporting would make it more useful for HR decision-making. More integrations with existing HR and payroll systems would also improve efficiency.

I would higly recommend this, 10/10. It helps improve workers engagement and workplace morale in a simple way.

What was your first impression when you started using it?
My first thought about GiveOvation was "finally, something that isn't old corporate software." The dashboard is clean and the features are great. It is easy to use and helps the team feel good.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Tinkered with a bunch of these recognition platforms, the only real frustration I've hit with GiveOvation is how limited the reward catalog feels sometimes; nothing super unique or local for my remote team in the PH. Other than that, it's been pretty smooth, but I wish the mobile app had a bit more polish for quick shout-outs on the go.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
I could change one thing it'd be expanding the reward catalog with more region-specific options like local PH vouchers or experiences; feels too US-centric right now. Still solid overall though.

I'd recommend GiveOvation to colleagues and friends for quick peer shout-outs and keeping morale up without much setup hassle. Just wish the rewards felt less US-heavy for folks out here in the PH.
