It helped simplify a lot of repetitive workflows by automating tasks that usually take up a lot of time. It also made customer communication more organized through its live chat and automation tools.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
The setup and configuration can feel a bit technical, especially if you’re not used to automation platforms. Some features also take time to fully understand before you can use them efficiently.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
I’d improve the onboarding experience so new users can get up and running faster without feeling overwhelmed. A more modern and simplified interface would also make it more approachable.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
Parker Software basically brought all the moving parts of our customer engagement into one place and the difference that made in how fast we respond to things was immediately noticeable. that kind of consolidation is hard to put a price on once you experience it
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
had one moment where a chat widget on Parker Software didnt load the way it was supposed to but i was running it on a browser with a bunch of conflicting extensions installed. disabled those and it went back to working perfectly with no issues after that
What’s still missing for your needs?
more advanced analytics breakdowns in Parker Software wouldve been useful for the deeper reporting i sometimes need but the existing data views already cover most of what i use on a daily basis. something id love to see expanded in a future update tho
