What do you like best about this product?
We were losing a ton of customers who just forgot to come back after their first buy. Repeat fixed that "leaky bucket" problem by giving them a super easy way to re-up without thinking twice.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
The pricing can feel a bit steep if you're a tiny shop just starting out. I had a moment of "is this worth it?" before I saw the actual revenue numbers roll in and change my mind.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
I’d probably simplify the dashboard interface a little bit. It’s powerful, but sometimes I just want to find one specific setting without clicking through three different menus.

If you're running a consumable brand, I’d tell you it’s a total no-brainer. It pays for itself so fast that I’ve already bugged two of my founder friends to get on it.

What was your first impression when you started using it?
I thought it was really cool how it makes reordering my favorite stuff so much faster without having to dig through my old emails. The design looked super clean and it felt like it was actually made for people who are always on the go.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
There was a time when the notifications for my upcoming orders didn't pop up, and I almost missed out on getting what I needed. Also, sometimes the app feels a bit slow to load when I have a weak signal, which is pretty annoying when I'm in a rush.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
I wish there was a way to easily pause or skip a whole bunch of upcoming orders at once instead of doing them one by one. It would also be great if they added more brands so I could manage even more of my daily habits in one spot.

I’d definitely recommend it because it takes the stress out of remembering to buy the basics every month. It’s not perfect yet, but it’s a huge timesaver for anyone who likes to keep their life automated and organized.

What exceeded your expectations?
The way it handles automated replenishment reminders was a nice surprise. My marketing team loved how fast it syncs with our Shopify store data
What feels confusing or hard to use?
Setting up the first automated messaging flows felt a bit tricky. I struggled slightly with understanding the deep data reports during the first week
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Adding more simple video tutorials would make the onboarding much faster. I want a cheaper pricing plan for smaller brands with fewer active customers
