How has it made your work/life easier?

It’s basically killed off those awkward, silent moments at the end of a meeting where no one wants to admit they’re bored. Now, I get a clear "report card" instantly, so I know exactly which parts of my presentation actually landed and which ones I should just cut next time.

What slows you down when using it?

Initially, some team members felt like it was just "another thing to fill out" at the end of an already long day. I almost gave up on it until I showed them that I was actually using their feedback to make the meetings shorter, which got everyone back on board pretty quickly.

What could make it even better?

What new feature would you love to see added?

It would be fantastic to see native integrations with popular video conferencing tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Having an automatic in-meeting pop-up for the ROTI vote right as the call ends would make the process even more seamless for remote agile teams.
