How has it made your work/life easier?
It’s been a huge help for keeping track of my orders and inventory without needing to carry a laptop everywhere. I can just show products to clients on my phone and finish a sale right there, which saves me a ton of time.
What do you dislike about this product?
The interface feels a bit old-fashioned and clunky sometimes, especially when I’m in a rush to find a specific item. Also, it can be a bit laggy if the internet connection isn't perfect, which is frustrating during a busy day.
What new feature would you love to see added?
I’d really love a built-in barcode scanner that uses the phone camera more smoothly for quick stock checking. It would also be cool to have a "dark mode" option so it's easier on the eyes when I'm working late at night.

It’s made taking orders in the field so much faster. I used to rely on messy paper forms or waiting until I got back to the office to sync up, but now I can show customers our live inventory on my tablet and close the sale right there.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
When I first started, navigating through some of the deeper settings was a headache, and I almost gave up because it didn't feel as modern as some other apps I've used.
What problem did this product solve for you?
Since it integrates directly with our accounting software, I always know exactly what’s available in real-time, which has basically eliminated awkward "sorry" phone calls to customers.

It’s reliable, works offline when you’re in spotty areas, and it’s a lot more affordable than the big enterprise systems while doing exactly what a wholesaler needs.

What was your first impression when you started using it?
My first impression was how well integrated everything felt. The layout is very clean, making it clear that it was built for reps who need to move quickly without digging through complex menus.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
It’s been very stable overall. The only minor issue I’ve noticed is that if you're in a showroom with a slower Wi-Fi connection, syncing a very large inventory update can occasionally take an extra moment to refresh. So far everything is good.
What could make it even better?
Add more customization options for the B2B eCommerce portal so we could match our specific brand aesthetic even more closely. Also, adding a few more advanced reporting widgets to the main dashboard to track real-time sales goals against inventory levels would be nice.
