How to Cancel Sendvio Subscription

  1. Log into Shopify Admin: Go to your Shopify dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Apps: Click ‘Apps’ in the left menu, then find Sendvio.
  3. Open Sendvio App: Click on Sendvio to access its dashboard.
  4. Access Account Settings: Look for ‘Account’ or ‘Billing’ in the app menu (usually top-right).
  5. Manage Subscription: Select ‘Cancel Subscription’ or ‘Downgrade to Free’.
  6. Confirm Cancellation: Follow prompts to confirm; choose reason if asked.
  7. Check Email: Receive confirmation email. Subscription ends at billing cycle end.
