How has it made your work/life easier?

It has helped my online business in Shopify. It automates online marketing through emails, SMS, and other online platforms which improves customer engagement and increase in sale.

What do you dislike about this product?

It only works mainly on Shopify. Other tools doesn't work in Sendvio so it's not as convenient if you have other online businesses aside from Shopify. If you only use Shopify, it works so well and is very convenient.

What could make it even better?

It would be better if this one can be integrated with other tools other than Shopify. Other than it works well.

Highly recommended. Very convenient to use and is very smooth to use.

I use the email and SMS automation flows the most, especially for abandoned cart recovery and welcome series. These help bring customers back and increase sales without much manual work.

What feels confusing or hard to use?

Sometimes, setting up more advanced segmentation can feel a bit hard. It takes time to fully get how to target customers based on behevior and tags.

If you could change one thing, what would it be?

I would make the setup process for advanced workflows simpler and more guided. Adding cleare stepss would help especillay for beginners.

The tool is efficient and affordable, easy to integrate with Shopify. A strong tool for improving cusotmer engagement.

What feature do you use most often?

I use the sending feature the most it’s quick and easy. Makes sharing stuff feel effortless and fast.

What do you dislike about this product?

At first some parts felt a bit confusing but I got used to it.Probably just me learning it.

What could make it even better?

It would be nice to have more customization. Just small tweaks for different preferences.
