What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
The branded tracking page helps a lot because instead of sending my customers to a boring carrier site, they stay on my page. It has actually helped me get more repeat sales because I can show other products while they check their delivery status.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
Setting up the custom email triggers was a bit difficult at first. Trying to get the timing just right so the customer doesn't get too many notifications and also the editor for the email design is not easy to navigate.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
It would be great to make the returns process more simple. It’s great that it's automated, but getting the rules set up for who pays for the shipping label felt like it had a few too many steps.

It makes a small shop look more organized and trust worthy. It stops people from constantly emailing you to ask "where is my order?" and makes your work flow easier and less hassle.
