What feature do you use most often?

I use the multiple warehouse inventory tracking system every single day. It helps my retail team organize our huge product catalog across different online stores.

What slows you down when using it?

Setting up the initial server network took a bit of extra time. I also got confused by some complex admin permission settings during the first setup.

How could the product save you more time or money?

Adding basic video tutorials would help my new sales staff learn faster. I also want a cheaper pricing tier for smaller retail shops with less monthly traffic.

It helped manage inventory and orders across multiple warehouses. I think this is a very big enterprise system, with different interfaces for multiple roles.

What’s been frustrating in your experience?

There is limited information about support options. And this is not for beginners. So many complex case in this tool.

What could make it even better?

Please add more clear documentation. More transparent support details would improve confidence in using this big platform.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?

Shopstack honestly just made running my store so much easier i dont even stress about inventory anymore it basically does the thinking for me.

What’s been frustrating in your experience?

Sometimes I forget to check the app first and miss a deal but its my bad not the app

What new feature would you love to see added?

Would be cool if it suggested deals automatically based on what I usually buy.
