    What do you like best about this product?
    I really like how simple it is to set up a monitor and get instant alerts the moment my website goes down. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I don't have to manually check my site every hour to make sure it is working.
    What slows you down when using it?
    The interface feels a bit dated and messy which makes it take longer than it should to navigate between different settings. I find myself clicking through several old school menus just to update my notification preferences or check a specific log.
    If you could change one thing, what would it be?
    I would definitely modernize the dashboard to make the data visualization look cleaner and more professional. It would also be great if they offered more frequent check intervals on the lower tier plans so I could catch issues even faster.

    What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
    The instant failure alerts prevent expensive website downtime during big traffic spikes. My entire development team loves having global server monitoring from multiple locations every week
    Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
    Learning the advanced custom port settings took plenty of extra technical time. I also experienced some confusing navigation problems while browsing the detailed monthly reporting menus
    What new feature would you love to see added?
    Adding better video tutorials would help our junior developers learn things faster. I want a cheaper subscription package for smaller web agencies tracking fewer client websites
