What was your first impression when you started using it?
My first thought was honestly that this looks more polished than most tools in this space. jumped straight in and did not feel lost even once which already put it ahead in my book
What slows you down when using it?
There were a couple times where i had to dig around longer than expected to find a specific feature. pretty sure i was just skipping over it tho cuz once i looked properly it was right there.
What new feature would you love to see added?
A more visual analytics breakdown would go so hard as an addition to what Spotler already does. the data is all there it would just hit different if it was easier to read at a glance.

Yeah, recommending Spotler is a no brainer for me at this point. the type of tool where u feel lowkey smart for finding it before everyone else in ur circle did.

What feature do you use most often?
I use the email marketing and campaign automation tools the most to keep in touch with my leads without having to send every message manually. The lead scoring module is also great because it tells me exactly which prospects are actually engaging with my content so I know who to call first.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
The email integration can be really frustrating because it sometimes loses all the original formatting and just turns everything into one big, messy block of text. Also, the fact that you can't bulk-move tasks to a new date is a huge pain when I need to reschedule my whole week at once.
What problem did this product solve for you?
It solved the problem of having my customer data scattered across different spreadsheets and sticky notes by bringing everything into one central spot. Now my whole team can see the exact same "paper trail" for every client, which makes collaborating on sales much smoother than before.

I’d recommend it to small businesses because it’s way more affordable and easier to set up than something complicated like Salesforce. It’s got a few clunky parts, but for the price, it’s a really solid way to stay organized and grow your sales pipeline.

What do you like best about this product?
The best part is having all our lead data inside one single nice place. I love how the email tool sends out personalized messages to our clients every week
What feels confusing or hard to use?
The advanced reporting dashboard felt a little bit hard to learn at the start. I found that connecting the web tracking code took some extra time for my team
What could make it even better?
Adding more social media integrations would make this software even better for our needs. I would love to see a much simpler way to export all of our lead scores
