    What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
    What is most interesting about Staff Times is it allows for small businesses a platform to monitor staff attendance even remotely, promoting trust and build transparency among members of the team. I think one of the key features is its functionality offline, allowing data to sync when the user gets back online.
    Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
    The app is very simple, but unlike other more expensive tracking apps, it lacks other complex functions that allow more in-depth attendance investigations when warranted. Apart from this, it may consider adding a feature to remind employees to clock in or out.
    What problem did this product solve for you?
    This particularly addressed the need for decentralized attendance tracking. It is most helpful especially for businesses who have field assignments for employees. It would provide HRs evidence for pay-related documents, and help solve issues on unjust compensation.

    This app is very useful and significantly affordable as compared to other platforms. While it has features it could improve, this is already a huge leap for start-up or small businesses in staff attendance tracking.

    Because the pricing is strictly an annual flat rate per user, it can feel a bit rigid if your team size fluctuates frequently throughout the year. Its focus on streamlined simplicity means it lacks some of the complex enterprise-level features that larger organizations might require.
    What problem did this product solve for you?
    It completely eliminated the hassle of unpredictable monthly software costs and tedious timesheet collections from our mobile workforce. Allowing the team to log their hours accurately on their smartphones has made our payroll and project billing incredibly precise and stress-free.
