    What was your first impression when you started using it?
    Substack is good for publishing your content like post and blogs.It has good authenticator code feature which gives security to your account.
    What slows you down when using it?
    Customer service is not so good .User interface is not much appealing.
    Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
    It would be good if they work on customer support and make it more user friendly.

    How does this compare to similar products you’ve tried?
    It’s really easy to just start writing without needing to figure out website stuff first. The whole platform feels clean and simple which makes writing less stressful.
    What feature doesn’t work as expected?
    Sometimes it feels a bit limited if you want your page to look more unique or personal. It’s not as customizable as having your own website. It can also be hard for smaller writers to get noticed at the beginning.
    Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
    I think there should be more options for customizing the design and branding. Right now a lot of pages can end up looking pretty similar.

    Overall, it’s a really good platform. It works best for people who post consistently and care more about content than fancy features.
