What feature do you use most often?
I mostly use the scheduling and team visibility features since they make planning a lot easier. It’s nice being able to quickly see who’s doing what without digging around.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
There have been a few small glitches, especially with scheduling updates. Nothing major, but it can be a bit annoying when things don’t sync perfectly.
What problem did this product solve for you?
It helped reduce the back-and-forth of managing schedules and meetings manually. Everything feels more organized and easier to track in one place.

It uses past data to predict ticket volume so staffing is well planned. It also supports flexible schedules, including rotating shifts across different time zones.
What do you dislike about this product?
None. I like how it handles forecasting, planning and more in one platform.
What new feature would you love to see added?
an offline version is always the best so you can actually use it even there's a connection problem.

What feature do you use most often?
Surfboard i use the main dashboard most since everything is in one place. It helps me move faster without switching around.
What slows you down when using it?
Surfboard sometimes takes me time to find features but thats on me. It gets faster once I get used to it.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Surfboard adding more shortcuts would be nice. it could help speed up tasks even more.
