What do you like best about this product?
I like their product's cloud based customer system. It's really convenient as it lets you combine tools like live chats, email, and SMS support. This way it helps automates response templates for faster responses, have internal notes for team collaboration, and API for integrating with our own systems.
What do you dislike about this product?
It does have fewer advanced features compared to popular softwares, and also it has limited deep automation compared to other platforms. It has smaller integrations too.

Faster customer responses and collaboration. Automates customized responses via SMS and emails. Saves us the time and effort that we could just spend on otherbtasks.
