It facilitates the visual design of interfaces. It also helped me enhance design quality and expedites development.

Certain components not operates consistently between devices. To get the ideal layouts, adjustments are required.

What feature do you use most often?
I spend most of my time in the messaging setup. Being able to connect our IoT devices and services to WhatsApp and Telegram so easily is huge. It’s basically the core of how we communicate with our automated systems now.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
I’ve run into some latency issues when sending commands to older hardware. A couple of times the message would just hang or time out without a clear error message, so I had to restart the connection manually to get it to trigger.
What’s still missing for your needs?
I’d like to see more pre-built templates for specific industry workflows and having plug-and-play starters for common smart-home or industrial scenarios.

What slows you down when using it?
For multi-channel AI agents on UIB, the first API setup and fine-tuning call for some additional hours to get just right. Furthermore, keeping under the monthly active user and using prompt limits on the starting plan calls for careful monitoring to prevent throttling.
What’s still missing for your needs?
Deeper webhook customizing and native analytics dashboards for monitoring AI agent performance across client projects are still lacking. Before making a budget commitment, a flexible free tier for testing multi-channel configurations would also assist.
