What do you like best about this product?
It put my whole detailing business in one place adnd i don’t have to jump between a calendar, a notebook, and a separate app for payments anymore. It handles the scheduling and reminders automatically so I can just focus on the cars instead of my phone.
What slows you down when using it?
The inventory tracking can be a bit messy. Sometimes it’s hard to get it to sync up perfectly with what I’m actually using on a job and the interface for adding new supplies is a little slower
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
It would be nice to see a simpler way to build custom service packages like i dont need to click things together or add small add-on items when I’m talking to a customer in person.

What was your first impression when you started using it?
Not expecting much but after using it I was amaze on how clean it is and organize. Review request is automatically sends to customers after job is marked complete a a good workflow automation.
What slows you down when using it?
The problem is it is slow to integrate AI driven features mean it does not have enough ai tool to automate manual work and lacks real time gps fleet tracking.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Add a business phone system so that you can keep your private number. Add AI tool to automate manual work and not hassle for users.

it automates invoicing, reviews and reminders and if you want platform that focuses in quality of service use this.

What was your first impression when you started using it?
My first impression of Urable was "damn, this actually feels built for the real world instead of some bloated enterprise crap." I fired up the mobile app, knocked out a quick quote on my phone while waiting for coffee, and the whole thing synced smooth; no clunky desktop nonsense. Super intuitive right out the gate, especially the routing and auto reminders that actually stop no-shows.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
I haven't hit any real bugs with Urable; just the occasional sync hiccup on spotty mobile data that fixed itself in seconds. Their team is super responsive too, like the co-founder jumping in on Reddit threads. Keeps things smooth enough that I forget it's even there most days.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
It'd be adding a quick offline mode that caches more than just basics sometimes you're in a garage with zero signal and need to pull full customer notes without waiting. Everything else feels pretty dialed in for us solo operators grinding it out.

It's saved me hours on scheduling and chasing payments without the bloated price tag most CRMs throw at small ops. Only docking a point because that offline cache tweak would make it perfect for us grinding in random garages.
