What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
The biggest benefit is seeing how real users actually interact with your site. It helps you spot issues you wouldn’t notice otherwise.
What slows you down when using it?
The interface can feel a bit outdated and not super smooth. Sometimes it takes extra clicks to find what you need.
What problem did this product solve for you?
It helped identify usability issues that were affecting user experience and conversions. Instead of guessing, you can actually see what’s happening.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
It’s useful, but there are more modern tools out there.

What was your first impression when you started using it?
My first impression was that it was very insightful and useful for understanding user behavior. However, it also felt a bit technical and overwhelming at first.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
What feels confusing is interpreting some of the analytics and reports, especially at the beginning. It takes time to fully understand how to turn the data into clear, actionable insights.
What new feature would you love to see added?
I would love to see more automated insights that clearly summarize usability issues and suggest improvements. A more guided analysis feature would also help make the data easier to act on.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
I would recommend it because it provides valuable insights into user behavior and helps improve product usability. I would rate it around 9 out of 10 since it is very effective for research and optimization, though it can be a bit technical for beginners.

What feature do you use most often?
i stay on the session recordings feature more than anything else UsabilityTools has and it just tells me everything i need to know. super useful on the daily
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
some of the reports looked off at first on UsabilityTools but turns out i had the date range set wrong the whole time. once i fixed that everything came out clean
What new feature would you love to see added?
a faster way to share reports directly with clients wouldve been sick but UsabilityTools already has sharing options i havent fully tried yet. might already be in there somewhere
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
yeah any ux person i know is getting a recommendation from me to try UsabilityTools asap. it just does the job without overcomplicating things
