How has it made your work/life easier?

It made managing bookings and client schedules way more organized and less stressful. I don’t have to constantly follow up with clients because the system handles reminders and confirmations automatically.

What slows you down when using it?

The setup and learning curve can take some time, especially if you’re new to salon management tools. Some parts of the interface also take a bit of clicking around before you find what you need.

What problem did this product solve for you?

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?

The biggest benefit I’ve noticed is the convenience of 24/7 booking combined with efficient schedule management, making it easier for both clients to book services and professionals to manage their appointments in one platform.

What do you dislike about this product?

What I dislike about this product is that some of the advanced business management features can feel a bit complex at first. It may take time to fully understand and use all the tools effectively.

What new feature would you love to see added?

I would love to see more advanced analytics and reporting tools for business owners, so they can better track client trends, peak booking times, and service performance to help grow their business more effectively.

What exceeded your expectations?

Watalook handled the whole booking and client management side of things way more smoothly than i thought it would and the experience it gives clients on their end was honestly a level above what i was expecting. did not see that coming when i first signed up

What slows you down when using it?

sometimes jumping between different sections of Watalook takes a couple extra clicks than i wouldve liked but i think my workspace just isnt set up as efficiently as it could be. spending some time organizing it properly wouldve saved me that friction from the start

If you could change one thing, what would it be?

id make the first time setup experience in Watalook a little more hands on bc figuring out how to configure everything the right way took more trial and error than it probably needed to. once its all set up properly tho it runs really smooth and makes sense
