What do you like best about this product?
I was honestly surprised by how much personality comes through in a recorded clip compared to a dry phone call. It’s one thing to read a resume, but seeing someone’s energy right off the bat really changes the game.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
A few technical glitches early on where videos wouldn't upload properly almost pushed me to look elsewhere. Luckily, their support team is actually responsive and helped us smooth things out pretty quickly.
What problem did this product solve for you?
It solved the nightmare of high-volume screening where I’d have 50 applicants and not enough hours in the day to call them all. Now I can "meet" every single one of them without burning out my entire week.

It’s completely killed the "scheduling dance" where I spend three days just trying to find a 15-minute window that works for everyone. Now I just check the recordings over my morning coffee and move the best people forward immediately.

What do you like best about this product?
I really love how it saves so much time by letting candidates record their interviews whenever they want. It’s super easy to share the videos with my team so we can all vote on who's the best fit without needing a million meetings.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
The technical glitches on the candidate's side can be really frustrating and sometimes cause people to give up halfway through. Also, the lack of integrations with certain HR tools like BambooHR made me seriously consider switching to something else.
What new feature would you love to see added?
I’d love a built-in text field so I can ask quick written questions alongside the video responses. It would also be great if they added some basic AI to help summarize or transcribe the videos so I don't have to watch every single second.

I'd recommend it because it totally gets rid of the headache of scheduling those first-round phone calls. It’s perfect for high-volume hiring, even if the tech can be a little bit moody sometimes.

What do you like best about this product?
I like how the asynchronous video interviews save our hiring team plenty of time. My recruiting staff loves reviewing the recorded applicant answers whenever their busy schedules finally permit.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
Learning the advanced custom interview question menus took extra technical time to understand. I also experienced some confusing navigation problems while browsing the external applicant tracking system menus.
What problem did this product solve for you?
This video platform eliminated our annoying manual interview scheduling conflicts almost completely. Our human resource managers can now screen more applicants without conducting lengthy live phone calls.
