How does this compare to similar products you’ve tried?
This platform also offers task reminders, todo lists, and automated outreach which I also tried with other platform.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Nothings. This is basically a platform that offers organization for growing business.
How could the product save you more time or money?
No contract required and a 14-day free trial make it easier to try and start using. If you are compatible with it you can pay and continue but if not you can always cancel.

What exceeded your expectations?
I was really surprised by how fast the interface is and how I can manage all my contacts without the screen feeling too full or too much info. It actually makes me want to update my sales because everything feels so snappy and easy to find.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
The email automation took me a little while to figure out because the setup for sequences is not easy as the rest of the app. I also found that trying to filter very specific groups of leads requires a few more clicks than it should be.
What could make it even better?
I would love to see a more advanced mobile app that lets me manage my entire workflow while I am away from my desk. It would also be great if there were more built in integrations for popular calendar tools to keep my meetings synced.

What exceeded your expectations?
Wobaka handled the whole crm and outreach side of things way more cleanly than i thought it would and the simplicity it brings to something that usually feels overcomplicated was honestly not what i was expecting going in. pleasantly surprised by how much it gets right without overbuilding things
What do you dislike about this product?
Some parts of Wobaka felt a little minimal to me at first but i think i was coming in with expectations built from using way more bloated tools before this. once i adjusted my mindset and worked with what Wobaka actually is rather than what i was used to it started feeling really intentional and right sized
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Id add a little more guidance during the initial setup in Wobaka bc figuring out the best way to structure everything from scratch took more trial and error than it needed to on my end. once the structure was in place tho it ran really smoothly and the effort felt worth it.

Wobaka is honestly one of the more refreshing crm tools ive used bc it doesnt try to be everything and that restraint is actually what makes it work so well. would recommend it to anyone who wants something simple and effective without all the usual noise
