My first impression of Zendesk Support Suite when I started using it was this is more organised and structured process-driven platform. It has automation hints at efficiency in Zendesk Support Suite's fast and workflow management feature to handle repetitive tasks.
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
The feature that does work as expected, The AI beasuse the AI in Zendesk Support Suite has limitations when using it, they did not help me enrich my ticket.
