How to Cancel Totango

To cancel your Totango subscription, you need to follow these steps carefully:

Notification and Termination

• You must provide written notice to Totango to initiate the cancellation process. This can be done by sending an email or a formal letter stating your intention to terminate the service.

Breach and Cause

• If the cancellation is due to a material breach by Totango that has not been cured within 30 days, you can terminate the agreement for cause. However, if you are terminating for any other reason, ensure you comply with the terms outlined in the agreement.

Account and Access

• Upon termination, your and your End Users’ rights to access and use the Service will immediately terminate. You and your End Users must cease all use of the Service immediately.

Data Retrieval

• After termination, you have 45 days to request and download your data from Totango. You must make this request in writing, and Totango will provide a reasonable opportunity for you to download your data at a time nominated by them. After this 45-day period, Totango reserves the right to permanently delete any data contained in your Account.

Confidential Information and Materials

• Upon termination, both parties must return and make no further use of any Confidential Information, materials, or other items belonging to the other party. This includes all copies of such materials.

Outstanding Payments

• You remain liable for any outstanding payments due under the terms and the Order Form. If the termination is for cause due to Totango’s intentional or willful breach, you will only be liable for a prorated amount of the subscription fee directly attributable to your access to the Services prior to the effective date of termination.

Customer Marks

• Totango will cease using your Customer Marks upon termination. However, Totango will have a reasonable time to remove these marks from promotional materials and may exhaust materials printed during the term that include the Customer Marks.
