To cancel your BigContacts account, follow these steps:
Log in to your BigContacts account and navigate to the Admin tab.
Select "Update/Upgrade Subscription" from the options available.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see the link labeled "Need to Cancel Your Account? Click here."
Click on the "Click here" link to proceed with the cancellation.
A confirmation screen will appear with the message: "Are you sure you want to cancel your account?" If you are certain about canceling, select "Cancel Account".
