What do you like best about this product?
The Google Workspace integration is quite seamless and emails and contacts sync without me having to do anything which is nice
What slows you down when using it?
Searching for contacts is weirdly slow and the filters don't always behave the way you'd expect, ends up taking longer than doing it manually
What problem did this product solve for you?
Stopped losing track of where conversations with clients were at, having the full email thread visible easily has been good

Works well if you're deep in Google Workspace but feels limited if you need anything outside that ecosystem

Copper has multiple products that solve a number of business applications. Copper's reach is a clear difference relative to the competition.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
There are no bugs or errors. The product seems easy to use and apply.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
While Cooper offers a number of solutions, the upkeep and coordination of applications is still time consuming. I would consider adding a solution that enables the customer to be more hands off.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
What I like most about Copper is that it helps me keep leads, contacts, and follow ups in one place. It makes daily sales work feel more organized.
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
Some features feel a bit limited when I want more control or more detailed setup. A few parts also took time to understand in the beginning.
What could make it even better?
I would like better customization and clearer setup for some advanced features. That would make it more useful.
