How has it made your work/life easier?
Instead of manually tracking on annual review that takes up too much time and effort, iRevu helps give, track, and analyze real time feedback instead of relying on manual checking. It is basically a real time performance review tool that helps performance become faster and less stressful.
What do you dislike about this product?
None. I actually think this software is the best especially when it comes to tracking and managing reviews. I actually store and tracks feedbacks continously.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
More wider integration with other tools as this software is more focused on performance feedback so it is really that flexible. It has limited advanced HR features compared to larger softwares. It also requires consistent usage to be effective .
