What was your first impression when you started using it?

my first impression was it is simple and user friendly platform. it organizes meeting which it makes it more efficient.

What feature doesn’t work as expected?

some of the advanced features feels so limited like the integration. not as smooth as expected but it make the work effective and easy.

How could the product save you more time or money?

the product could save more time by better integrations and improved scheduling templets. it could reduce manual setups and makes the meeting ore coordinated and faster.

How does this compare to similar products you’ve tried?

It’s different from tools like Calendly because it focuses more on what happens during and after the meeting, like sharing files and notes in one spot. Instead of just a booking link, it gives you a whole dedicated space for the meeting materials which feels a lot more organized.

Is there something that almost made you stop using it?

The interface feels a bit dated and clunky compared to the newer, cleaner apps that are coming out lately. I also found it frustrating when the Skype integration didn't always sync perfectly, making me want to just switch back to using basic email threads.

What’s still missing for your needs?

I’d love to see better integrations with modern tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams since relying mostly on Skype feels a bit behind the times. A more powerful automation system for following up on "action points" after the meeting ends would also save me from doing it manually.

I’d recommend it if you really need a "one-stop shop" for meeting agendas and file sharing without jumping between apps. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but it’s still a solid way to keep your team on the same page for big projects.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?

The biggest benefit is how easily this tool handles all the different timezones for our global team meetings. This softwar makes sure everyone is on the same page by keeping our agendas and documents in one single place

What feature doesn’t work as expected?

The automatic calendar sync sometimes feels a bit slow when I am updating my schedule on the mobile app. I found a small glitch where some participants did not receive the meeting notes after we finished our weekly call

What new feature would you love to see added?

Adding a direct video recording feature for our calls would be a nice update for the whole team. I would love to see more advanced polling options for larger groups that need to find a common time quickly
