What exceeded your expectations?
I was impressed at how smooth the "no-download" part actually feels in a live call. It’s one thing to read about it, but seeing it work instantly without making a customer fumble through an installer is a total game-changer.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
The occasional connection dropouts were a bit annoying at first, especially when I couldn't get back into a session quickly. However, once we realized it was mostly due to ad-blockers and fixed our setup, it became much more reliable.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
I’d definitely fix the login and permission flow to make it more modern and "bookmark-friendly." Right now, getting back into the dashboard can feel like an extra chore that doesn't match how fast the rest of the tool is.

While mobile screen sharing is included, performance can sometimes lag or feel less fluid compared to the seamless desktop browser experience. The initial setup for granular access controls can be a bit unintuitive for smaller teams without dedicated IT support.
What could make it even better?
Expanding the CobrowsingAPI to include more "out-of-the-box" low-code templates would make integration even faster for non-technical users. Adding AI-driven session summaries would also help automate the documentation of support interactions for better record-keeping.
