How has it made your work/life easier?
It has helped me in sales management, has a built in communication tools like email, phone, and SMS tools for easy communication and feedbacking, and it automates marketing. It also has a centralized database of contacts and reports sales performance.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
None so far. I haven't experienced any bugs or errors while I was using it. It works so well with what I currently need for a software. It does its job. Very convenient and powerful.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Maybe more customization in some areas and an even bigger ecosystem for much better integrations. Other than that, it works really well.

What feature do you use most often?
The feature I use the absolute most is the automated task assignments. I love how it keeps our entire sales team perfectly organized without needing disorganized spreadsheets.
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
The reporting dashboards feel slightly basic and lacks UI polishing. Adding new accounts manually can also take quite a while when the system requires too much information.
What could make it even better?
Having advanced reporting tools would make forecasting sales trends a lot easier. I would also love an option to quickly add new contacts without filling out every single detailed field.

I would suggest this platform to any sales team still relying on scattered emails and spreadsheets. For me it is the absolute best way to manage your daily pipeline and convert more deals.

It's easier to use tan most CRM's I've tried. Everything feels organized in one place, and the interface is intuitive.
