What was your first impression when you started using it?

Difficult to use for testing Oauth connection. Authentication fails all the time. Interface is not intuitive.

Is there something that almost made you stop using it?

Not for beginners like me. It took me whole day to test an api connection of a third party to our CRM.

Is there a workflow that could be simpler?

Comprehensive documentation with video tutorials if possible so beginner like me can use it too to test.

Not user friendly. Need to enroll to a course to learn it.

How has it made your work/life easier?

It has made testing APIs much easier for me. I can quickly send requests, check responses, and debug issues without wasting time. It keeps everything in one place, so my workflow feels more smooth and less stressful.

What feels confusing or hard to use?

At the beginning, some parts like collections and environment variables were a bit confusing. It took some time to understand how everything connects, especially for more advanced use.

Is there a workflow that could be simpler?

Managing environments and switching between them could be more straightforward. Also, organizing large collections sometimes feels a bit messy, so a simpler way to handle that would really help.

I'd highly recommend it because it makes API testing much faster and easier once you get used to it. It has become a regular part of my work and saves me a lot of effort.

What feature do you use most often?

I mostly use Collections and API testing (sending requests, checking responses). Also use environment variables for quick switching between setups.

Have you experienced any bugs or errors?

Sometimes slow response or environment variables not updating properly, but not major issues. Occasionally syncing issues across workspace.

What new feature would you love to see added?

Better test case management and smoother collaboration for teams. Also more advanced reporting/dashboard options.

8/10 – very useful for API testing and easy to use, but can improve performance and team features. Overall saves a lot of time during development and testing.

What feature do you use most often?

Best api testing tool so far i have used, ease of use, now ai integrated as well, for generating test scripts and much more, their vscode extension is also available, i use both for testing apis, inside from vscode easily and if want full features then from app .

What do you dislike about this product?

so far the dislike about this is it popups a security alert whenever i opened it in my windows, that's only cons that i got for this. the desktop app quite heavy and takes somehow many resources. because of native app, we can't use multiple apps, if we have two different accounts with different data in it.

If you could change one thing, what would it be?

Make it better ai integrated for generating apis docs, scripts for testing and a mini browser inside for directly testing, they can provide multiple apps or clone apps for using multiple projects in on device, bcz we can;t use it from browser at the end we needs desktop app for testing

Overall a good software for api testing and creatings api collections, easily shareable , can download json as well, if you want direct vscode extension then it is also available , app some times feels heavy but its good overall
